I was born in Miami, Florida, but raised in rural North Carolina. This upbringing taught me the value of finding the vitality in the seemingly desolate, or of just making it up. I’ve lived in Charlotte and Atlanta for brief periods, and cultivated a love of the written word and its many uses. A love which has translated itself into working full-time for the phone company. Naturally. Currently, I reside in Waxhaw, North Carolina with my wife, Heidi, and our ten-month-old son, Asher.
